Data sharing - Broiler Digesta Collection Methods.xlsx

DOI

Data collection involved monitoring bird performance (BW, FI, FCR, and mortality) from day 1 to day 18, constituting the non-experimental phase. The experimental diet was then introduced on day 18 and continued until day 21. Feed intake data were calculated during this period as well. On day 21, ileal content was collected from all birds. Individual ileal samples were pooled by cage, lyophilized, and sent to a laboratory for further analysis, along with corresponding diet samples. Laboratory analyses included assessing amino acid and TiO2 content in both the digesta and diet samples.
