Aspergillus nidulans copper toxicity response.

An RNA-seq experiment was designed in order to identify changes in gene expression under copper toxicity conditions. The transcriptome of vegetative hyphae grown for 16 h in liquid medium was compared with those cultured under identical conditions but shifted to 100 micromolar CuSO4 medium 1 h before cell harvest.
