We report that suppression of polycomb-mediated H3K27me3 epigenetically de-repressed the genome-wide expression of effectomes in the vegetative growth stage. Tthe chromatin regions of effectors were directly occupied with H3K27me3 modification in the vegetative growth stage. P55, the additional subunit of PRC2, could recruit Sin3 histone deacetylation complex to prompt H3K27me3 occupancy for stably maintaining transcriptional silencing of the target genes.
