The herein documented datasets have been obtained from analyses conducted on gravity core GeoB25212-3, recovered from the continental slope of West Greenland in fall 2022 during Expedition MSM111. The 16.9-m-long core encompasses a sedimentary succession deposited from late MIS 3 (~32 ka BP) to the early Holocene (~9 ka BP). The core was analyzed for bulk and organic proxy data to reconstruct past sea-ice conditions, ocean temperatures and terrigenous influx variations. This data collection includes the measured radiocarbon ages (dataset 1) and the constructed OxCal age-depth model (dataset 2). Downcore variations in biomarker lipid concentrations, i.e. IP25, HBIC25:3 (Z), dinosterol, brassicasterol, iso-GDGTs (GDGT-1, GDGT-2, GDGT-3), odd-numbered long-chain n-alkanes (C27, C29, C31), calculated indices (TEX86L, PIP25) and subsurface temperatures are shown in dataset 3. In dataset 4, contents of calcite and dolomite are shown for the upper 4 m of the core. Total organic carbon (TOC), total inorganic carbon (TIC), total carbon (TC) and calculated carbonate (CaCO3) contents are documented in dataset 5. Dataset 6 contains the sedimentation rates for core GeoB25212-3.
