The Excel file "Nutrient Budget from Aquaculture Ponds" is divided into four different sheets: 1. Studies Data: This sheet contains information about the paper locations and fish production aspects (e.g., fish species, yield, pond size). 2. Evaluated Nutrients and Compartments: For papers reporting the budget (as listed in the previous sheet), this sheet indicates which budget terms and nutrients were evaluated. 3. Budget Percentages: This sheet provides calculations of the contribution of different compartments to the budgets of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus. 4. Nutrient Rates (kg ha-1 d-1): Based on pond size and nutrient data (in kg per ha per day, kg, g per m2, or g), this table calculates daily assimilation rates of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus.

The Excel file "StArt Report" is also divided into two sheets: Protocol: Includes the protocol used to sort papers imported from libraries. Papers: Lists all papers obtained from the search bases specified in the protocol, along with their status (duplicated, accepted, rejected) based on inclusion or exclusion criteria.
