The transcriptome sequencing of Crassostrea hongkongensisis placed in normoxic (DO5 mg/L), or hypoxic condition (DO1.5 mg/L) , or reoxygenation (hypoxic oysters recovered to normoxic condition after 72h) was performed to understand molecular mechanisms governing the responses to hypoxia.
