Samples taken on cruise Uthoern 2020-01 from 19.06.2020-24.09.2020 in the North Sea, Limfjord, Kattegat and Western Baltic Sea. Sampling included water sampling with Niskin bottles (1L) of surface and bottom filtered on a 0.2 µm filter (eDNA), sediment samples with Van Veen grab sampler (eDNA), zooplankton with WP2 net 150 µm. PCRs were performed with two markers (COI & 18S V4) targeting marine metazoa.
