Dual RNA-Seq of Emiliania huxleyi microalgae and Phaeobacter inhibens bacteria

Microalgae and bacteria are entangled in a complex network of microbial interactions. To study those interactions, we applied dual RNA-sequencing and investigated pure cultures and co-cultures of Emiliania huxleyi CCMP3266 algae together with Phaeobacter inhibens DSM 17395 bacteria.
