Proteome and transcriptome studies in half-smooth tongue sole

The aim and scope of this study was to reveal the molecular mechanism of immune-related genes and proteins in the process of disease resistance of C. semilaevis. The molecular mechanism of C. semilaevis against V. anguillarum infection is still deficient, and there is still no valid integrated strategy for controlling diseases. The transcriptome and proteome data we obtained provide information on some key genes and proteins for further study of the mechanism of liver immune response.
