Finer demography of foraging aggregation of green turtles in the northwestern Pacific

Foraging aggregation of green turtles around Yaeyama Islands in the Northwestern Pacific has size and stock mixed composition. In this study we identified their natal origins by genome-wide single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) using sex identified samples, and tried to elucidate finer demographic composition.
