According to the practical experiences, the gonads of S. intermedius are usually accelerated to mature after the supplementation of mussel (Mytilus edulis). a de novo full-length transcriptome database of S. intermedius were constructed and analyzed for the discovery of diversities of MYP protein and its corresponding transcripts.
