Glyptonotus antarcticus isolate:nd Transcriptome or Gene expression

Glyptonotus antarcticus is a marine invertebrate that shows a wide distribution around Antarctica and is considered as key species for the Antarctic ecosystem. RNA samples were obtained extracted from hepatopancreas of two batches of animals (treated and control) and the sequencing was performed using the Illumina platform.
