This dataset offers a detailed collection of traits centered on nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) in Arabidopsis thaliana, with a focus on nitrogen uptake and nitrogen remobilization processes. It includes variables describing dry weight measurements of various plant organs, such as roots, rosettes, stems, siliques, and seeds, across different growth stages. Each trait is accompanied by metadata covering the context of use, method of measurement, scale, and relevant references. The data are organized to facilitate the development of an Arabidopsis Trait Ontology, supporting comparative analysis and integration across studies.
