<b>Extracted dataset of pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) indices from 53 published murine thigh and hollow fibre infection model (systematic review and re-analysis)</b>

This dataset contains numerical data extracted from published pharmacodynamic studies evaluating relationships between pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) indices (AUC/MIC, Cmax/MIC, and %T>MIC) and bacterial count changes (CFU). Values were digitised from published figures using WebPlotDigitizer and re-analysed to estimate EC50 values and model parameters (E0, Emax).
