In opdracht van het Sociaal en Cultureel Planbureau heeft TNS NIPO in de periode van september tot en met december 2010 het onderzoek Kwaliteit Publieke Dienstverlening 2010 uitgevoerd. Met het onderzoek Kwaliteit Publieke Dienstverlening 2010 werd onderzocht wat de oordelen van de Nederlandse bevolking zijn als het gaat om de kwaliteit van de publieke dienstverlening.
