Transcriptome analysis of exogenous ABA treated sugar beet roots

Given the key role of ABA in plant development and stress response, understanding the mechanism of its regulatory pathway at the transcriptional level is highly warranted for sugar beet. In this study, a time-course ABA treatment with parallel mocks was used for exploring the regulatory mechanism of exogenous ABA in sugar beet roots, which are the main organ for ABA synthesis and stress sensing, using strand-specific RNA sequencing (ssRNA-seq)
