Height, cover and biomass of six common understory species in French temperate forests

This dataset contains data on six understory species cover, height and biomass. Three cover methods were taken: envelope, projection and point-intercept. Samples were collected in three forests in the Loiret and on 19 sites on RENECOFOR. The aim of the project was to develop allometric model between cover-height and biomass. The R script for constructing allometric models is available.
