Metadata on carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa carriage among healthy individuals and newly admitted patients, clinical samples, wet hospital environment samples, and water samples from Rotterdam, Rome, and Jakarta. Data extracted from the eCRF and other relevant data can be made available by the authors for reuse upon request through point of contact mentioned above.

The data are sensitive since they involve personal information of healthy individuals and patients. There are restrictions on use by commercial parties and on sharing openly, based on (inter)national laws and regulations and written informed consent. Therefore these data (and additional clinical data) are only available upon signing a Data Transfer Agreement (see Terms of Access).
