Using DNA metabarcoding to characterize the prey spectrum of two co-occurring Themisto amphipods in the rapidly changing Atlantic-Arctic gateway (the Fram Strait)

The goal of the study is to get a better insight into the diet spectra of two Themisto amphipods (Crustacea: Hyperiidea) in a changing Arctic ecosystem. The results of this study will ultimately give us a better understanding of trophic relationships in the Arctic marine foodweb.
