This study mainly uses single-end sequenced reads produced by Diversity Arrays Technologies via the DArTseq approach as well as three paired-end whole-genome sequences produced by Azenta Genewiz at 10X coverage to investigate connectivity, diversity and contemporary geneflow in the white-beaked dolphin, a poorly understood pelagic dolphin species of the North Atlantic that faces extraordinary environmental changes. The results of this study provide important information for the delineation of management units.
