The sequencing library was constructed by using 2b-RAD five tag tandem technology. During the process, all samples were connected to the restriction enzyme tag by using the standard 5 '- NNN-3' connector. After the quality control of the library was qualified, the paired end sequencing was performed on Illumina Hiseq Xten or Nova platform.
