Digital gene expression (DGE) analysis of Apostichopus japonicus induced by BTEXs

In this study, we applied digital gene expression (DGE) technology for the characterization of the transcriptome profiling in terminal tentacle from Apostichopus japonicus exposure to benzene series (BTEXs). This project aims to improve our understanding of the molecular mechanism of toxic effects metabolic detoxication.
