Foliar fungal and bacterial communities of tree species in French Guiana.

This dataset gathers bacterial 16s and fungal ITS sequences describing the microbiota of several tree species in French Guiana . Leaf samples were collected in three sites (paracou laussat bafog) and three forest habitats ( white-sand ws, terra firme tf and seasonally flooded forest bf). Fungal ITS sequences were amplified with the its1 its2 primers pair while bacterial 16s sequences were amplified with 799f- 1115r primers pair.
