Study's goal was to sequence metagenomes from marine sediments with varying proximity to the wastewater effluent source at Davis station (Antarctica) in addition to nearby marine animal feces. This data set has relevance for determining the impact that research station wastewater has upon nearby environmental microbial communities and the GIT of native wildlife species.
