This dataset supports the article from Pineiro et al. 2025 "A higher load of deleterious mutations has a detrimental effect on tree growth in maritime pine". It consists in two genomic datasets for the Corsican maritime pine trees: 1) the CORSICA-capture dataset (vcf format), with 133,656 SNPs and 393 individual trees from 16 localities across the island. Including Provean and SnpEff annotations. 2) the CORSICA-array dataset (popgen format), with 10,185 SNPs and 334 individuals from 25 different localities and phenotype measurements of 334 individuals.
