Obtaining Rheological Parameters from a Texturometer

The dataset included in the accompanying CSV file provides information relevant to the analysis of the rheological properties of samples using a texturometer configured as a capillary rheometer. To analyze this dataset, a Python script has been provided that uses the average plateau forces recorded at different displacement speeds to obtain rheological parameters. This script facilitates the calculation of viscosity and other relevant metrics, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of fluid behavior under varying conditions.
