Anopheles Hi-C raw reads

In this study, we optimized Hi-C protocol for Anopheles mosquito embryos to obtain high-quality genome assemblies and investigate the 3D-genome structure for malaria transmitters. We developed a step-by-step protocol and generated Hi-C libraries for 5 Anopheles species which are known as potential and major transmitters of malaria worldwide.
