Hydrothermal vent microbial community time series

A time series of 16S rRNA ribosomal sequences from the microbial community at Tiny Towers hydrothermal vent at Axial Seamount, North Pacific Ocean. All samples were collected with the PPS instrument on the Regional Cabled Array (RCA), part of the Ocean Observatories Institute (OOI).
