Total RNA was extracted at 28-30 hours post-fertilization (early gastrula stage) from Ets1 morphant embryos, Alx1 morphant embryos, embryos treated continuously with UO126 from the 2-cell stage, and sibling, control 28-30 hr embryos that were injected with a control morpholino or treated with DMSO alone. RNA-seq was performed to identify targets, based on differential gene expression between control and treated/knockdown samples.
