RAPID Test Dataset

This dataset contains the database-query splits that were used for analysing the performance of RAPID (RAPID: Real-time Animal Pattern re-Identification on edge Devices, an open-source tool for field deployment). Tests were run on 4 public reID datasets and 2 new datasets published alongside with the RAPID paper.

PUBLIC DATASETS (test_benchmarks.zip): 1) datasets used: AerialCattle2017, ATRW, GiraffeZebraID, StripeSpotter, 2) 3 independent 5-fold cross-validation tests were run for these datasets, 3) final_test1, final_test2 and final_test3 stand for the 3 independent tests, 4) database_N and query_N stand (N=0, 1, ..., 4) stand for the 5-folds for the cross-validation sets.

ZebraStereoID (test_ZebraStereoID.zip): 1) the same tests were run as for the public datasets, however with various frame sampling rates, 2) folders stand for these tests.

JaguarID (test_JaguarID.zip): 1) above test (3 independent 5-fold cross-validation) was run using all frames, 2) additional analysis on querying separate videos were executed too (videos_as_queries folder)
