Amyloid-lipid co-Aggregation, a time-resolved SANS study

DOI

Amyloid diseases are an important health problem as well as an scientific challenge. This proposal aims at studying the co-Aggregation of an amyloid peptide (IAPP) and lipids organised in bilayers. We will use stopped-flow as well as optimized deuteration profile to capture early events of this process, characterise its kinetics and the effect of lipid charges on it.
