EOF base functions for: Modeling TEC Irregularities in the Arctic Ionosphere Using Empirical Orthogonal Function Method

DOI

This is to provide a repository of the EOF base functions for my publication "Modeling TEC Irregularities in the Arctic Ionosphere Using Empirical Orthogonal Function Method" submitted for review. The coordinates of the base functions are also provided. The regression coefficients in Table 3 of the manuscript for the fit of the EOF coefficients (A1-A4) are also uploaded. The base functions are derived from 12 years of IGS ROTI maps. These can be used to build the empirical model for ionospheric irregularities.
