In this study data were linked from (1) Longitudinal data collection primary education-PRIMA III - 1998/1999 (Steinmetz Archive Studynumber P1464) and (2) Survey concerning the national evaluation educational priority policy at secondary schools, LEO-VO 1998 (available at ITS Nijmegen). It concerns the following items: family characteristics / results CITO tests / result intelligence test / psychological and social characteristics / prognosis secondary education / ethnicity / school achievements / elementary school's recommendation regarding the choice of secondary school.
