PUBLICPLAN collects 2446 different labelled layouts of housing proposal submitted to Spanish public housing competitions organized by Impsol, Incasòl and Ibavi. Each floor is depicted as a 256× 256-pixel image with four channels. The boundary information is stored in the first channel, while the second channel is designated for encoding room types, utilizing distinct integers to represent various masks. The third channel is employed to differentiate rooms with identical labels, and finally, the interior mask is stored in the fourth channel.
