Essential genes of Salmonella Typhimurium grown on tryptone soy agar

DOI

File presenting the genes and insertions considered to be essential or non-essential or to give a growth advantage or disadvantage for Salmonella Typhimurium. These data were obtained with a saturated Tn-Seq library grown on tryptone soy agar containing kanamycin at 50 micrograms per milliliter. Two files are available for chromosomal data and two others for plasmid virulence data (information for insertions and for genes). These analyzes were obtained with TRANSIT software (V3.2.0)
