Cupressus sempervirens transcriptomic data

Isoseq sequence analysis was perfomed on transcriptomic data. Full-length transcript sequences obtained from the five PacBio Isoseq3 libraries are available in the SRA bioproject PRJNA836501 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/PRJNA836501).

A total of 417,602 - 709,891 - 684,092 - 665,747 and 665,896 of full-length non-concatemer transcript sequences reads were obtained for the five libraries prepared from scale leaves, immature strobili, mature xylem, phloem and young stem tissues, respectively. Combining these sequences, 317,881 high-quality consensus transcript sequences were obtained through Isoseq3-cluster analysis. The analysis process and the results are available in this collection.

Theses sequences were further collapsed into a final set of 150,650 transcript sequences. This Transcriptome Shotgun Assembly project has been deposited at DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank under the accession GLGR00000000.
