Bruker D4 Endeavour coupled with a Lynxeye rapid detector between 2.5°2θ and 32.5°2θ. Semi-quantitative estimates of smectite, illite, chlorite and kaolinite concentration are based on peak areas measured with Macdiff 4.2.5 software.
