Here we present results from year-long oceanographic moorings (SBE37) along coastal West Greenland from Nuuk Fjord (46°N) to Melville Fjord (75°N). This is a hydrographic dataset containing CTD measurements deployed with RV SANNA cruise that took place from 10 August to 1 September 2016 and was part of the research project Baffin Bay System Study led by Rysgaard, Søren. On each station, a CTD (SBE37) mooring was deployed at 411-458 m water depth. Temperature and salinity data were derived from the CTD recordings. Temperature is reported as potential temperature (ITS-90, degree C). Moorings were recovered in 2017 by the Mission Arctic Citizen Science sailing Expedition (doi:10.3389/fmars.2021.665582) and the nordenmost mooring in Melville Fjord by RV SANNA 27 August 2018.
