This dataset gathers the data obtained during the VALODIG project, aiming at assessing the potential biostimulant effect of digestate from territorial methanizers and its extracts on winter rye. It contains data on germination rate, growth, development, total CN contents, and architecture for shoot and root parts, from three experiments carried out respectively on Petri dishes, hydroponically, and a soil-sand substrate.
