The aim of this project is to confirm that KaeA, the subunit of highly conserved KEOPS/EKC complex, participates in the transcription regulation in Aspergillus nidulans. The ChIP-seq experiment was performed to identify chromatin regions directly or indirectly bound by KaeA. Overall design: Chip-seq experiment based on immunoprecipitation of chromatine fragments bound to KaeA-HA fussion protein. Experiment was carried out on 6 samples: 3 control biological replicates (input) and 3 biological replicates after immunoprecipitation treatment (IP). Bioinformatical comparison between both groups was performed.
