Eukaryotic 18S metabarcoding

V4 region of 18S rRNA gene using primer-set: FwdE572F/RevE1009R the sample coming from Oyashi region in March and May 2021. The samples were collected using Marine Snow Catcher including suspended and siking particle fractions, in order to analysis the characters of eukaryote composition in sinking particle fraction
