orphan genes GO enrichment

With the interproscan, we used GOfuncR (v1.10.0, with R v4.0.5) to do an GO enrichisment on all the orphean genes, we also did it with only multicopy and singlecopy genes. Then we separete them in two groups: all the genes and only the expressed one. We also do the analysis with the refine method of GOfuncR.

The tree of GO was done with this version https://release.geneontology.org/2025-03-16/ontology/go-basic.obo and complied to be used in GOfuncR with https://github.com/sgrote/OboToTerm
