Supporting data for: Disrupted hippocampal replay is associated with reduced offline map stabilisation in an Alzheimer’s mouse model

Data from Shipley et al. Disrupted hippocampal replay is associated with reduced offline map stabilisation in an Alzheimer’s mouse model.In-vivo single cell electrophysiology data recorded from the pyramidal cell layer of the CA1 region of the hippocampus, from 15 male APP NL-G-F/Chat-Cre mice as they performed a memory task on an 8-arm radial arm maze. Neural data were collected via tetrodes carrying 64 channels (16 tetrodes) microwire electrodes, using the OpenEphys aquisition board. Data were initially spike sorted using the automatic clustering algorith Kilosort2.0 and then manually refined in Phy. The output from spike sorting is stored in NPY format, including spike times (spike_times.npy), spike cluster allocation (spike_clusters.npy) and general cluster information (cluster_info.npy) for each recording day. trialData_newMUA matlab files provide partially processed information, such as allocation of spikes to different behavioural trials and position data. All data were collected between 2019 and 2022 - specific dates for each recording are provided as folder labels. Excel files provide details about genotype and task performance.
