Immune responses of silver pomfret (Pampus argenteus) exposed to Amyloodinium ocellatum

Amyloodinium ocellatum can infect fish and cause a mass of mortality in culturing process of silver pomfret (Pampus argenteus). To futher investigate the immune defence mechanism of fish for thsis parasite, we simulated the natural Amyloodinium ocellatum infection in silver pomfret. Our data can provide a reference for understanding the molecular mechanism of immune response in parasites infection and may help avoid high mortality in aquaculture of fish.
