Transcriptome characterization of pituitary samples from wild breeders versus reproductively dysfunctional hatchery-produced greater amberjack

The aim of this project is to study the transcriptional dynamics of genes involved in the control of reproductive functions to improve our understanding of their dysfunctions occurring in fish reared in captivity.
