This paper discusses imaging mass cytometry (IMC) data and serum multiplex proteomic (Olink) data that were generated in respectively patients with immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) induced or ulcerative colitis and ICI-treated patients with or without immune-related adverse events (irAEs) including colitis.
