This online survey aimed to gather consumer opinions on dairy products and production and to identify the potential market for A2 milk (milk containing exclusively β-casein A2, which reduces gastrointestinal discomfort after consumption). The questionnaire includes 7 sections with questions on dairy consumption, opinion on milk as a source of nutrients, opinion on milk health, opinion on milk production and environmental impact, opinion on alternatives to cow milk, opinion on A2 milk benefits and intention to purchase, and sociodemographic information. The dataset included 653 respondents responses without suspected duplicates.
