Modern saltmarsh diatom counts from southeast Greenland

This dataset is raw diatom counts from a transect across a modern saltmarsh and mudflat close to Dronning Marie Dal in southeast Greenland, and fossil diatom counts from a short core taken from within the modern high marsh at the same location. The elevation of each modern sample is in metres above Mean Tide Level.
