Gold standard alignments between Ciqual and IFIP food product terms and FoodOn food concepts

DOI

This dataset contains two Gold standard alignments between Ciqual food product terms and FoodOn food concepts. The first one, called GS100, includes a representative selection of 100 food meat products from Ciqual meat families. Each food product has been manually aligned with the closest concept in the SIREN subpart of FoodOn and associated FoodOn family. Sometimes, it was not possible to find a closest food product in FoodOn, but it was always possible to find a closest family. The second one, called GS300, which is extended by food products belonging to other families of product. GS300 also includes 23 food products from an additional data source provided by a technical institute (IFIP) specialized in meat food products. The dataset also includes scores computed using the alignment method using Langual as background knowledge in CSV format and alignment API RDF format for GS100 and GS300.
