Infection characteristics of pathogen of potato early blight and virulence genes revealed by multi-omics method

Based on genome-wide, transcriptomic and proteomic analysis, the virulence genes of pathogenic bacteria of potato early blight were revealed, which provided clues for pathogenic mechanism and resistance of potato early blight, and further provided theoretical data for prevention and control of early blight and epidemic prediction.
